Warranty and Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when choosing CubCam. If something goes wrong, we're here to help.

12 MONTH WARRANTY

All CubCam products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What’s covered:

  • Faulty parts or workmanship
  • Defective cameras, power adapters, or brackets

What’s not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage

If your CubCam develops a fault within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace it — subject to assessment.

Important: Customers must return the faulty item to us before a replacement can be issued. We do not send out replacements without first receiving and inspecting the original product.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Australian customers:
    • First 6 months: We cover the cost of return postage.
    • Months 7–12: Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
  • International customers (outside Australia):
    • Return postage is always the customer’s responsibility, regardless of the time frame.

 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase and be required to pay the return shipping fees. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cubcam.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or issues upon receiving your item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For items deemed to be faulty, the item will need to be returned to CubCam. Once the item has been inspected and deemed faulty, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind and would like to return your CubCam:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense.

Refunds for change-of-mind returns will exclude any original shipping charges (if applicable).
