I was having trouble with the ads in the app which was causing delays to opening the camera. Terry got back to me literally straight away and advised how they could be removed. Customer service was amazing and this camera is so easy to use, set up and video quality is amazing.

A good portable sound machine, convenient to take when away from home, with a variety of nice sounds.

Our boy spends a decent amount of time napping at our parents houses, his aunties houses or just anywhere but his own bedroom and this cam has made it super easy for us to keep an eye on him wherever we are. Setup was easy and customer service was absolutely brilliant!! I’d highly recommend this product!

Extended 3m Charging Cable

I bought this for travel and ended up trialing it at grandma’s place and I was very happy with how well it worked. Battery life seemed pretty good too. I do wish the app was a better and that you can just easily switch between wifi and AP mode without having to reconfigure the setup each time.

A great aspect of this monitor is it can be put anywhere without needing to be plugged in. Love the WiFi and Bluetooth options. It does have about a 3 second lag and after using it for about 3 hours it did get a bit warm. Otherwise it’s been fine so far.

We were looking for a monitor we could use camping. After much research and nothing being available in NZ I was excited to find CubCam. This is fantastic dual purpose monitor for home and away. Easy to setup with clear instructions and great quality. After the first one went missing Cub cam quickly dealt with the issue promptly. Amazing service and communication. Easy to setup. Easy to attach to the crib/wherever you want to mount it. Video quality is great, with options for SD/HD/super HD and night vision. We also like that you can stream the video feed to multiple devices. Motion detection works very well, and can send you push notifications. Only request would be for the sound to be "listenable" even when the app is not open

I was on the fence about buying it (tried convincing myself it wasn’t *that* hard to pack and take the main monitor) but oh my gosh I’m so glad I did!! It comes in a super cute little case and the camera itself is brilliant for travel. We’ve got an upcoming holiday booked, so I thought this would be perfect for that.
However, I’ve found myself using it almost daily. Baby asleep in the car? At a friend’s house? Or just anywhere the main monitor isn't set up (like Mum & Dad’s bed)… the Cubcam is perfect. I keep it in my bag and use it all the time… and we haven’t even left for our holiday yet!

It’s so easy to set up and the vision and alerts are great. On top of the product being perfect, the customer service is exceptional.
I had a few issues at the start, and the support offered by Terry was incredible. Prompt, helpful and super committed to making things work as expected. I honestly couldn’t fault Cubcam!

I’m stoked on this little gadget and am actually tempted to get a second…. One for the nappy bag and one for home. Just so I’ve always got one close by. Just love it.

We are so very pleased with the CubCam. We purchased the CubCam as a travel camera solution to monitor our baby when travelling in our caravan. The vision quality is incredible, so much so, we can see bub breathing. We have mostly used it off-grid where WiFi is unavailable and it's worked brilliantly. We're very happy with our purchase and highly recommend the CubCam.

We bought the CubCam for our recent international trip, and plan to also use it camping (and at home!). There doesn’t appear to be ANY other product in Australia suited to these 2 cases.
CubCam worked great during testing at home, but failed after a few days. The CubCam team was incredibly reactive, replacing it immediately in time for the trip. The replacement has worked fine for a month.
There is one minor headache in the otherwise powerful and functional software, which is the setup process – it’s required every time you switch WiFi networks and is a bit tricky –  sometimes taking 2-3 attempts to work (10min or more), seemingly with no reason ( apparently 2.4GHz networks give it trouble). On our trip we moved every few days, and at one location, the setup failed after 5 attempts. Again, the CubCam support was immediately helpful (on a weekend) to get me set up. We've had no issues with the CubCam once connected.
I’d highly recommend this product to anyone for travelling or camping especially. We also use it at home sometimes.

Love this! Good quality for the price and so handy

We purchased this camera when we were expecting our second little baby, knowing full-well how much of an inconvenience it was for our first to always lug around a big camera and stand everywhere we went. I love that I can attach this camera to wherever the baby is sleeping (all Mums will understand that this can take place anywhere), and we have also used the camera in the car on longer trips at night time. I also love that I can access it all via the app, no extra monitors! We have loved it so much, I recently purchased a second one to take away on our first family of four holiday (one camera for each sleeping baby!), that way Mum and Dad can enjoy the peaceful night without having to tip toe around and keep an ear out. Such a great product!!
